Exhibition Packages

Available Exhibitor Packages
All packages will be sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to VAT:
  • Allocated space within the networking area to display promotional banner stand/ pop-up (must be a maximum of 3m wide for single stand and 6m wide for double stand)
  • One table (two for double stand)
  • Two chairs
  • Two full conference and exhibition passes including access to the dinner on 1st June
  • Listing as an exhibitor on the dedicated event app
  • Personal section on the conference website including; logo, company info and links to website 

Single stand

  • OEUK Member: £1,950 + VAT
  • Non-member: £3,000 + VAT 

Double stand

  • OEUK Member: £2,600 + VAT
  • Non-member: £4,000 + VAT
